DO I NEED TO REPLACE MY DOWNSPOUTS WHEN REPLACING MY GUTTERS?
Yes. Gutters and downspouts go hand in hand. You wouldn’t replace just the gutters with beautiful new clean metal, but leave the deteriorated, old, ugly downspouts.
HOW DOES THE LEAF PROTECTION GET ATTACHED?
Leaf protection or gutter guards (another common name) have two edges to them. One side slides up underneath the bottom row of roof shingles, so they do not affect a roofs warranty. The other side gets fastened along the edge directly to the top of the outer gutter flange so they won’t get blown off by the wind.
DO YOUR GUTTERS COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS?
Yes, they do. While 99% of homeowners stick with white since it is the most neutral color and blends in with a homes’ trim, we offer a wide variety of colors to choose from.
WILL THE GUTTERS NEED TO BE REPLACED WHEN INSTALLING A NEW ROOF OR SIDING?
In most cases, no. While it is likely the best time and least expensive to do so, gutters and downspouts are independent and do not need to be replaced at the same time. If your gutters look old and ugly though, they will certainly now stand out after a new roof or siding is beautifully installed.
