WHAT IS THE MATERIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPOSITE, MANUFACTURED, & NATURAL STONE?

HOW CAN YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MANUFACTURED AND NATURAL STONE?
