New roof? New gutters!

This project in Little Silver, NJ included a full roof replacement as well as all gutters and downspouts. We completely tore off the old roof and covered the decking with the proper underlayment to ensure a leak-free installation. Our client chose Estate Grey shingles from Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration® Shingles complete with built-in algae resistance for long-lasting beauty.

To ensure superior performance, we’ve installed Mod-Bit membrane on the rear low slope roof area in a Grey Slate color. Last but not least, Pearl Grey gutters were installed, providing efficient water drainage while adding a touch of vibrance to the home’s color palette.
