Siding Replacement in Middlesex, NJ

Granite Dutchlap Siding with Foam Insulation & Updated Exterior Details
How much was this siding replacement in Middlesex, NJ? $35,059.52

This Middlesex, NJ siding replacement involved a full exterior transformation, beginning with the complete removal of the home’s existing wood siding to expose the sheathing underneath. Before the new siding went on, upgraded rigid foam insulation panels were installed around the entire house, followed by Norandex® Performance Vinyl Siding in a 5-inch Dutchlap profile and Granite color. The project also gave the front of the home a cleaner shape: the arched porch header was squared off and the header and support posts were wrapped in white aluminum trim, while the angled corners above the garage doors were removed to create straighter, more updated openings. At the rear of the home, an existing laundry room exterior door was eliminated, with new framing and plywood installed so the new siding could continue cleanly across that section. It’s the kind of whole-home exterior project a contractor for siding has to coordinate carefully when siding, insulation, trim, and structural changes are all happening at once.
