Deck Replacement in Colts Neck, NJ

Cottage Grey Fiberon Decking with a Squared-Off Layout & Black Skirting
How much was this deck replacement in Colts Neck, NJ? $22,467.40

This deck replacement in Colts Neck, NJ involved more than simply swapping out the old boards. The existing decking and railings were removed to expose the wood substructure, and the main deck layout was reworked to create a cleaner, more squared-off footprint. A triangular extension was removed, and the angled corner of the deck was rebuilt with new beam and joist support so the space could be squared off properly. The existing staircase was also reinforced with additional wood stringers to reduce the span between supports and meet the decking manufacturer’s requirements. Fiberon® Good Life Weekender Collection decking in Cottage Grey was installed throughout the project, along with white fascia, white stringers, white stair risers, and upgraded black skirting. An access panel was also added so the area beneath the deck remains easy to reach. It’s the kind of structural and finish work an experienced deck installation contractor needs to coordinate carefully when the goal is to improve both the look and the layout of the space.
