Deck Replacement in Tinton Falls, NJ

Latte Fiberon Decking with Bronze Glass Railings & LED Lighting
How much was this deck replacement in Tinton Falls, NJ? $48,059.13

This deck replacement in Tinton Falls, NJ was designed to keep the familiar layout of the existing deck while giving the entire space a much more refined finish. The old deck boards and railings were removed to expose the wood substructure, then new Fiberon® Sanctuary Collection decking in Latte was installed using the same board layout as before. One of the standout features of this project is the new bronze railing system, with glass infill across the level sections and standard square balusters along the staircase. LED indirect-light post caps and stair riser lights were also included, adding a clean architectural detail that makes the deck feel finished even after dark. Underneath, wide white Azek PVC trim boards were installed horizontally with small spacing between them to create a modern skirting system that conceals the area below the deck. It’s the kind of upgrade a deck installation contractor has to coordinate carefully when multiple finishes, railing styles, and lighting details all need to come together in one design.
