Located with ocean views in the Highlands, the homeowners wanted to fully transform the home’s old exterior and renovate, so we worked through all of their options to pick the best design based on how tall the home is. They chose to fully replace the siding and gutters and replace the roof over the back part of the home.
To ensure the new extension roof that they added matched the original roof that was there, we installed GAF Timberline shingles in the Weathered Wood color. The new Board & Batten Vertical Siding in the Tuxedo black color really modernizes the overall look of this home along with the black trim components and composite wood cladding used to accent the front in the Weathered Teak color. This home truly is the showstopper of this neighborhood and we couldn’t be happier to have helped make this dream a reality for these homeowners.
