Roof Replacement in Colts Neck, NJ

Onyx Black Shingles with a New Mod-Bit Low-Slope Roofing System
How much was this roof replacement in Colts Neck, NJ? $22,717.29

This Colts Neck, NJ roof replacement involved more than just replacing the shingles. The existing roofing materials were removed from both the main roof and the low-slope section, allowing the crew to expose the wood decking and rebuild each area with the right system for the roof design. Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration® Shingles in Onyx Black were installed across the main roof, while the low-slope section received a new double-layer, two-part Mod-Bit membrane system. Owens Corning VentSure Rigid Roll was added for ventilation, with white edge metal along the roofline and black chimney flashing to keep the finishing details clean and coordinated. This type of project is a good example of why an experienced roofing installation contractor needs to account for the different roof sections instead of treating the entire home the same way.
