Roofing Makeover: Enhanced Protection with a Modern Touch
This roof replacement took the spotlight in Red Bank, NJ. The homeowners decided to go for Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration® Shingles, which come with Algae Resistance in an Onyx Black color. To ensure long-lasting protection, we added Premium Ice & Water Membrane and ProStart Starter Shingles to the roofing system.
Our proposal kicked off with the removal of all the old shingles, revealing the decking to create a clean slate for the installation of the new roofing system. But we didn’t stop there – we also replaced all the gutters and downspouts with white ones, giving them a fresh, clean look. To keep things running smoothly, we installed new gutter guards, ensuring efficient water drainage without any debris hassles.
Additionally, we addressed the rear second-story soffit, making necessary repairs and resecuring it using the existing soffit materials. This not only improved the functionality but also enhanced the overall look of the house.
