Siding Replacement in Fair Haven, NJ

Azek PVC Trim, Crown Molding & New Hidden-Vent Soffits
How much was this siding replacement in Fair Haven, NJ? $26,375.39

This Fair Haven, NJ siding replacement focused heavily on the trim and finishing details that shape the exterior of the home. The existing wood trim was removed and replaced with solid Azek PVC around the windows, doors, rakes, exposed fascia, frieze boards, porch headers, crown moldings, and the curved sections of the front porch archway. New white aluminum drip caps were also installed above exposed doors and windows where required to help direct water away from the trim. Because the frieze boards help hold the soffits in place, the existing soffits were removed during the work and replaced with new hidden-vent soffits once the Azek trim was installed. It’s the kind of detail-heavy exterior project an experienced siding installation contractor has to handle carefully to preserve the home’s character while upgrading the materials around it.
