Siding Replacement in Leonardo, NJ

Silver Clapboard Siding with White Board & Batten Dormers
How much was this siding replacement in Leonardo, NJ? $37,876.81

This Leonardo, NJ siding replacement combined two siding styles to give the home more dimension while keeping the overall exterior clean and coordinated. The existing vinyl siding was removed from both the house and detached garage, along with older wood siding found on the front of the home, so the new system could be installed over the existing asbestos layer that remained in place. Norandex® Performance Vinyl Siding in a 5-inch horizontal Clapboard profile and Silver color was used as the primary finish around the house and garage. To give the second-story dormers more definition, 12-inch Norandex Board & Batten® Vertical Siding in White was installed across the front and rear dormers, including the triangular side sections. The homeowner also had a new front porch and portico roof completed before the siding work began, with new gutters included along two eaves of that new portico. It’s the kind of exterior project an experienced residential siding contractor has to coordinate carefully when different siding profiles, existing materials, and newly completed construction all need to come together cleanly.
