Siding Replacement in Long Branch, NJ

Cedar Blend Perfection Shingles with New Garage Trim & Rear Addition Flashing
How much was this siding replacement in Long Branch, NJ? $43,194.63

This Long Branch, NJ siding replacement involved removing the existing vinyl siding around the entire home, including the rear extension, to expose the original siding layer underneath. The new exterior was finished with 7-inch Perfection Shingles in Cedar Blend, including upgraded shake-style outside corners to keep the details consistent throughout the home. The existing gable vents were in good condition and were reinstalled, while the trim around the garage doors was replaced as part of the update. At the rear addition, new flashing was installed where the siding meets the concrete slab to help manage water at that transition point, and a small opening beneath the deck stairs was sealed with spray foam. The installation also required careful access planning at the rear of the property, with plywood placed over the rock area to provide stable support for scaffolding during the work. It’s the kind of detail-heavy exterior project an experienced residential siding contractor has to coordinate carefully from both a finish and installation standpoint.
