Siding Replacement in Marlboro, NJ

White Shake & Clapboard Siding with Black Shutters and Entry Details
How much was this siding replacement in Marlboro, NJ? $37,516.36

This Marlboro, NJ siding replacement was designed to give the home a more custom look by combining two siding styles across the exterior. Traditional Shake siding was installed across the main front-facing areas, the garage, and the right side of the garage, while 5-inch horizontal Clapboard siding was used on the remaining sides and rear. Everything was finished in white, creating a clean backdrop for black Board & Batten shutters on the front windows and a black soffit above the entryway door. The garage trim was also updated by squaring off the angled top corners, while the existing decorative crown molding above the garage doors was kept in place and planned to be painted black. New crown molding was added above the front windows, loose cable wires were tucked behind the siding where possible, and up to ten sheets of plywood were included at no additional charge if replacement was needed. It’s the kind of exterior update a siding installation contractor has to plan carefully when multiple siding styles and contrasting details are being used across the same home.
