Siding Replacement in Red Bank, NJ

Smoke Shake & Clapboard Siding with Custom Conduit Capping
How much was this siding replacement in Red Bank, NJ? $24,472.90

This Red Bank, NJ siding replacement combined two exterior styles to give the home more texture without losing consistency. The front-facing walls and entry area received upgraded 7-inch Traditional Shake siding in Smoke, while the sides and rear were finished with 5-inch Clapboard siding in the same color. As the existing siding came off, spray foam was used to help seal gaps around the window frames before the new system was installed. The electrical and A/C conduit lines were also boxed out with aluminum coil trim in a color chosen to blend closely with the Smoke siding, helping those utility areas feel less exposed. The shutters were removed entirely, and the existing gutters were temporarily taken down as needed so the fascia and rake capping could be replaced properly. This was the kind of project where an experienced siding installation contractor had to balance the new design with careful protection of recently completed work around the property, including the new driveway.
