Siding Replacement in Tinton Falls, NJ

Sandstone Cedar Shake Siding with a Custom Front Entry & Bay Window Details
How much was this siding replacement in Tinton Falls, NJ? $54,437.43

This Tinton Falls, NJ siding replacement was a full exterior transformation built around a more detailed, custom look. The existing siding was completely removed before new Norandex® Rustic Hill 7-inch Traditional Shake siding in Sandstone was installed around the entire house, while the shed was finished in a standard horizontal clapboard style. The shutters were removed and eliminated altogether, giving the exterior a cleaner appearance. One of the biggest changes came at the front entry, where the underside of the roof was opened and the rafters were modified to create an arched design. New Azek trim, detailed molding, a sunburst-style pediment, and larger columns were then added to give the entrance much more architectural presence. The bay window was also fully reworked with Azek from the soffit line down to the ground, including three evenly spaced recessed decorative panels beneath the windows. It’s the kind of custom exterior project a siding installation contractor has to approach as both a siding job and a design upgrade.
