Two-Story Roof Replacement in Elizabeth, NJ

This homeowner came to us knowing that the home needed a new roof. The existing roof was damaged and unsafe. We knew we needed to get a new roof on this home as soon as possible. After collecting quotes on a full roof replacement, the homeowner chose us to complete the job on this two-story home.

For the main roof, the homeowner chose the IKO Architectural Shingles in the Dual Black color. One low slope roof area on the top of the home required a Mod-Bit Membrane, which we installed in black to match the rest of the roof. The pictures of this project speak for themselves.
