Cabin & Espresso Harmony

This deck replacement project in Lincroft, NJ brought new structure, color, and comfort to an outdoor space built for relaxation. The homeowners chose a combination of Cabin and Espresso tones using 20′ Fiberon® boards, creating a warm contrast that feels both natural and refined. The Cabin hue covers the main decking area, while the darker Espresso perimeter defines the edges with a sleek finish. To brighten and balance the design, White fascia, risers, and stair stringers were installed, along with Privacy Square skirting for a clean, enclosed look. The railing system blends modern style and safety, featuring White framing, Black round aluminum spindles, and an Espresso top rail that ties perfectly into the deck’s perimeter color.

The rear-left staircase was removed, allowing the railing to extend smoothly across that section, opening up more usable space. The remaining staircase, located near the pool, was rebuilt with proper 16″ on center spacing and resized to align with the existing paver walkway for symmetry. A matching gate was added at the top for extra security and convenience. Partnering with a skilled deck installation contractor ensured every detail was handled with precision and care. The end result is a durable, inviting deck that blends style, safety, and smart design for years of outdoor enjoyment.
