Enhanced Durability and Style

We installed a brand-new roof for this house and shed in Sayreville, NJ. We used Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration® Shingles in Desert Rose for added durability and algae resistance. The project began with the complete removal of all existing roofing materials, creating a clean slate for the installation of new roofing systems. Skylights on the house were replaced, and a new Velux™ skylight was added to bring in more natural light.

The low-slope roofing membrane was replaced with a Chestnut-colored one, enhancing both function and appearance. To improve drainage, new seamless 5″ white aluminum gutters were installed as well as gutter guards to keep them from clogging. This roof replacement has certainly added value and beauty to our client’s home.
