We worked as trusted NJ residential siding contractors to remove all of the original wood and aluminum siding, taking it down to the sheathing to start clean. After wrapping the house and installing rigid insulation panels, we got to work on the design. The homeowner wanted a mix of styles—CertainTeed® 7″ Traditional Shake for most of the house, and 7″ Vertical Board & Batten for the second-story front, rear garage, and the rear extension. Both styles were done in Pacific Blue to keep the look unified. White trim around the windows and doors helped break things up, while black raised panel shutters added just enough contrast. We matched the outside corners to the siding color so nothing felt out of place. The whole system came together to look clean, balanced, and durable.
