Modern Roof Makeover

What a renovation! We took on a multi-project makeover in Metuchen, NJ. Our team started this roof replacement with the installation of Onyx Black shingles that make any home look modern and sophisticated. A black color Mod Bit membrane was installed on the low slope roof section complementing the aesthetic of the shingles adding proper protection. White color gutters were integrated to provide efficient drainage including on both sides of the second-story dormers where gutters were previously missing. Additionally, new metal perforated gutter guards were secured onto all newly installed gutters to prevent clogs and ensure optimal performance.

The rear staircase received a complete remodel as well with composite stair decking, vinyl railings, and Azek PVC step risers and stair stringers. The Cottage-colored stair decking added a touch of warmth and charm to the outdoor space.
