Roof Upgrade: Better Ventilation and Natural Light

Another complete roof replacement in Raritan, NJ. We began by removing the existing extra layer of shingles making way for Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration® Shingles in Teak, known for their durability and algae resistance. This project also had several additions for enhanced functionality and ventilation, including a Perma Vent Pipe Boot and Broan Bathroom Exhaust Vent. ProStart Starter Shingles, Premium Ice and Water Membrane, and a Professional Grade Synthetic Underlayment were used to ensure impermeability and reinforce its integrity.

To brighten the interior, a Velux™ skylight was installed, adding both natural light and architectural elegance.
