Siding, Gutter, and Window Replacement in Atlantic Highlands, NJ

This out of state property owner contacted us to assess and repair the siding on the house she has been renting out for the past 11 years. Upon inspection, we noticed extensive damage to the existing siding which was asbestos and determined the best solution was to install all new siding to properly protect her investment. She requested we replace some damaged windows as well as the gutter and gutter guards that were not protecting the home either.

The homeowner chose all new Dutchlap style vinyl siding in the neutral Beige color. She also chose white trim, Midnight Green shutters, and white 5″ Aluminum K-Style gutters with metal perforated leaf guards. These improvements will help ensure that her investment is maintenance free and provide her with peace of mind that the home is protected.
